Vs Block 37
This block is made up of 12 HST and 4 QST
Sew the blue & white triangles together press the qst to the blue and press the HST to the 12 green
Layout with all squares of the 20 patch sewn.
Assembling the center section.
Center section layout
Sew these into 3 rows row 1 and 3 press to the solid blue patches and row 2 press to the black patch
When sewing the 3 rows butt seams to get nice corners.completed section.
Outer border sections.
top and side layouts
press these to the center black patch
Sew the blue & white triangles together press the qst to the blue and press the HST to the 12 green

Assembling the block.
sew the short border sections to the top and bottom but seams at the center then sew the long sections to the block to complete the block.

I've actually started designing my own. In 2015 I invested in EQ7 Quilt design program. In 2013 I purchased a HQ Sixteen on a 12 foot frame, then April 2023 I upgraded to a Gammill Stetler 22 inch.

I just found your blog und saw the stars. I like the quilt very much and will try to make it also. I find it top to see in evry star the normal layout from the star. Thank you for all your work.
